Shipping policy
🚚 Processing & Turnaround Time
All orders are processed and shipped within the stated turnaround time listed on the product page or at checkout. Turnaround time refers to the time it takes to make and package your order before it ships, and does not include transit time. Ready to ship items should be checked out separately to avoid extra shipping charges or delays. If you order Ready to Ship with products of longer turnaround times, your entire order will ship together when it is complete.
Local Pickup
By selecting local pickup at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy:
Orders must be picked up within 14 days of receiving your pickup notification email/message. Due to limited storage space and the handmade nature of our products, orders not collected within this timeframe will require shipment.
If an order has not been picked up within 14 days, a shipping invoice will be sent to the email address on file. Customers will have 48 hours to pay the invoice or contact us to make alternate arrangements.
If the shipping invoice remains unpaid and no communication is received within 48 hours, the order will be considered canceled and the items may be restocked or resold without refund.
We are always happy to work with customers who communicate with us in advance regarding delays or special circumstances.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and method selected at checkout.
Please note:

Baby Jac + Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or losses once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
📫 Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
🌍 International Shipping
We may offer international shipping where available. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Shipping times may vary depending on your country’s customs process.
❗Returned or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
